Just  want to let you know the settlement this afternoon was very  professional and the young lady was very pleasant.  I just competed a  settlement with another company in April of this year and it was  absolutely horrible. While I won’t go into any details, it was bad from  start to finish.   I’ve done about six settlements over the years, since  1975, and the one in April was by far the worst.  So refreshing to work  with someone who knew what they were doing and presented well.
