Tya has been a Notary/ TIPIC/ Signing Agent (NSA) and Member of the National Notary Association (NNA) for more than five years - ensuring documents are executed properly for the mortgage industry. As an longtime entrepreneur (33 years) she understands the value of great customer service, integrity, honesty, and professionalism.

First Choice Notary Services will become the premier selection for title companies conducting real estate transactions. Our goal is to expand our service offerings to include conducting remote online notarization (“RONs”) and Apostille services.
